Returns are accepted within 48hrs of receipt of delivery.
We only accept returns or exchanges on any merchandise that have NOT altered and have NOT been worn. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on dresses that have been customized by the designer for you.
We charge a 40% re-stocking fee with all our returned dresses, which will be deducted from your refund.
In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, we ask that you follow these steps:
• You have 48 hours from the time the courier delivers to the designated shipping address to notify us that you would like to return or exchange the item.
• You need to contact us before you return them and we will give you our mailing address for returning items. Any item returned without notifying us will ntake longer to process.
• The item must be in brand-new, unworn condition.
• We must receive the item within 3 days after we give our return address. If we do not receive your item within 3 days, the refund process takes longer.
• Once we receive your item, we will inspect it to be sure it’s as perfect as when we shipped it to you and confirm that we have received it within 3 days of giving our return address, we will issue the full refund, or exchange the item for you. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• For exchanging items, re-delivery cost will be charged.
